This Privacy Policy sets out how Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Limited (“CCEP”, “Promoter”, “we”, “us” and “our”) collects, uses, discloses and holds personal information in connection with the Rum Co. of Fiji “Win a Trip to Fiji” promotion.

Your personal information is important

The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of any personal information it holds about individuals in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 (“Applicable Laws”).

Collecting and using personal information

The Promoter of this Promotion is Coca-Cola Europacific Partners New Zealand Limited, 19 Carbine Road, Mt Wellington, Auckland. The Promotion is administered on behalf of the Promoter by Farrimond Limited, located at 7 Abbey Street, Auckland City, Auckland (“Administrator”).

The Promoter, through the Administrator, may collect, store and process, and will delete after the Promotion is over, your name, email address, phone number and uploaded proof-of-purchase receipt (“Personal Information” or “PI”), and may, for the purpose of conducting the Promotion, disclose such PI to third parties including agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers (for example the airline and accommodation providers, if you are the winner).

The Administrator processes PI solely on behalf of the Promoter and will receive any data subject requests, which it will forward to the Promoter for action. Entry is conditional upon providing this PI in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter will use and handle PI in accordance with Applicable Laws and its privacy policy, and only for the purposes of conducting and administering this Promotion (including contacting entrants in relation to the Promotion and verifying eligibility), unless you have separately opted in to receive marketing communications.

Access and correction

You have the right to request access to, and correction of, personal information the Promoter holds about you. Requests can be made in writing to the Promoter at the address above, or via the Administrator.

Security and retention

PI collected for this Promotion is held securely, accessed only by those who need it to run the Promotion, and deleted once the Promotion (including winner verification and prize fulfilment) is complete.
